At Worthmore, we aim to be the first carbon-neutral mobile service provider for companies and individuals. We do this by allowing them to calculate and offset the C02 their mobile subscription has on the planet and purchase certified refurbished devices to reduce the impact of buying new ones.
One of the most common reasons a startup fails is a simple fact that their marketing team failed. The product was great but no one was able to find them, and even when they did the messaging was not on point.
We need someone who is able to see the pain points that we are solving and articulate it back to the general public in a clear and concise manner. You will be entering at the ground floor as we are developing a marketing strategy from the ground up and will be responsible for helping us define, track, and grow key metrics to help us succeed. This position is less about creating a social media post, and more about developing a strategy that helps take us to the next level.
