ABOUT THE ROLE
Guessing games drive you mad, rather you are a firm believer in fact-based decisions and prefer to argue using numbers. You eat numbers, metrics and trends for breakfast. When you have no data to back you up, you roll up your sleeves and build rationale to start measurements while keeping moving things forward. As us, you’re probably obsessed with acquisition and expansion of commercial operations too. And you are very, very curious to investigate which initiatives, strategies or cohorts to attribute the relative growth to.
You are able to deal with a huge variety of insights that drive revenue growth, spanning from Market Research to Growth over Sales to Customer Success to company wide initiatives. You will report directly to our Head of Commercial Excellence and work shoulder to shoulder with our CRM Associate, Data Analyst and well… Any Onomondian really. This is a heavy cross functional role, wherein you and the team will empower the whole Commercial engine with insights aimed at precepting, diagnosing and improving each function’s performance
We come quite far in Commercial Excellence already so we’re sure you can learn quite a bit. But we’re neither done, nor perfect, so we expect you to take tons of initiative and really go for high impact on the business. It is an opportunity to join the team at a pivotal stage as we are scaling the RevenueOps function. You’ll start as a superstar individual contributor but we’ll be eager to see you grow fast in this position. Looking a little ahead, the right candidate will be given the opportunity to step up and lead and scale the Commercial Operations function.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will build revenue attribution models across/within functions, identifying pitfalls and opportunities to optimize/grow revenues.
Keep refining key metrics to track, spotting relative patterns and root causes across functions
You will transform insights into predictions and forecasts
Reporting on performance to department’s Leads, Management and Board
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
2-3 years relevant working experience in a Commercial setting, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven ability to digest large volumes of data while transforming such to actionable insights to support strategic decisions
Strong numerical acumen and instinct for how to grow a business
Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across all of Onomondia
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science.
Ability to run SQL queries is not required per se, but highly desirable
Strong analytical skills and logical/critical thinking
Highly collaborative mindset
Familiarity with CRM programs (HubSpot a plus)
Fluent in English - written and spoken
