ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Data Analyst at Onomondo, you’ll be a critical part for enabling the whole business to embrace data-driven decisions. Databases, cohorts and regressions are your best pals, and you get excited by solving complex problems with statistical models. On the contrary, poor data architecture and skewed data is what can really keep you from sleeping at night. So come do things the way they’re supposed to be done in a deep tech scale-up.
You will report directly to our Head of Commercial Excellence and work shoulder to shoulder with our CRM Associate, Commercial Operation Specialist and well… Any Onomondian really. Combine your skills and passion for data with a multitude of touch points across all of Onomondo and you should see yourself having a tremendous impact on the business. If not weekly, then daily.
The time to join the Commercial Excellence team couldn’t be better as it is now we’re seriously expanding from having a predominant focus on Market Research to now enabling and empowering the full commercial team (Growth, Sales and CS) with and by data. We’re looking for a superstar individual contributor here. But the right candidate could be given the possibility to lead and coach a part-time member of the team who speaks data, data, data.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Full control of our databases - gather, merge, treat, model and present datasets from different sources (e.g. CRM/HubSpot and proprietary databases)
Ensure that best practices, integrity and standards are applied to our data
Build visuals with BI tools while owning data literacy across the whole Organization
Identify trends and patterns to inform and derive decisions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Be an absolute SQL rockstar. If you’re still reading this, then you probably are
Be able to run advanced regressions and cohorts analysis
Have experience with visualization tools (we make sense of data using Metabase)
Experience and understanding of data warehouses (we store in BigQuery and synch with Weld)
1 - 2 years relevant working experience (including internships and part-time roles)
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Math or Computer Science.
Python / R /Tableau proficiency is not required per se, but highly, highly desirable - to the point that it is required :)
Strong numerical acumen. Doh.
