We are currently looking for two Executive Personal Assistants, to support our Operations Department.

Since 2013, TechBBQ has worked to support and strengthen the Nordic ecosystem for entrepreneurship and innovation, based on the distinctive Nordic values ​​of openness, inclusion, trust, and meeting each other at eye level. TechBBQ is Scandinavia's largest startup & innovation summit.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the Calendar

• Meeting arrangements (Book and attend meetings, take notes)

• Assist with outreach to different stakeholders in the tech ecosystem

• VIP and Stakeholder management 

• Project management 

• Solving ad-hoc tasks within the organization

• Assist in arranging events

• Solving ad-hoc tasks within the organization

What you have

• Excellent written skills

• Experience with copywriting

• Empathy and good interpersonal skills

• Experience with project management

• General interest in the tech and startup world

• The ability to work independently and a proactive mindset

• Great organizational skills

• Outstanding written and verbal skills in English, and for the full time position, Danish is required as well

• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages / Google alternatives

We are looking for someone to fill the position as soon as possible, and will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis. As we approach the summit in September, extra hours are to be expected, during evenings and weekends. We expect a high level of flexibility, and offer the same in return.
