Keybird Instruments IVS is a start-up developing a lightweight acoustic piano. We have a large waiting list of customers and therefor want to get a grip on our in-house production as well as outsourcing to be able to deliver. We want to see how far we can get with direct sales through our own webshop and communication channels, and meanwhile look into retail strategies. Many things are happening, so if you like the process of starting a company and all the little side things that happen in such a process, that will be to your advantage.

We started developing a lightweight acoustic piano, hoping to offer the world a more practical "keys" instrument, without compromising on acoustic sound which is preferred by the vast majority of piano enthusiasts. Our mission is to bring diversity and accessibility to the world of acoustic pianos, since acoustic pianos as we know them today are very hard to transport, take up much space and have been streamlined to sound more or less the same. We want to combine the benefits of digital pianos with the benefit of traditional acoustic piano's and broaden the spectrum of possible sound characters. It will of course be beneficial for you (and us) if you have feel connection with this mission.

You are expected to be a multi-tasker, always up for showing the good example and to jump in wherever help is needed to reach the company goals. You are also expected to envision the bigger picture together with the CEO, as well as doing very basic stuff to reach those goals, by "doing most of it yourself", especially in the beginning. It is therefore required that you have experience with sales and marketing as well as administration and supply chains or at least want to get on pace with these things "on the fly". HR, finance and funding, customer support, networking, etc - in short: start-up life.

You may need to pay rent etc, and together with the equity, this can be negotiated.
