Made-to-order means we don’t produce anything until it's sold. In this way, we design overproduction and inventory waste out of the equation. For customers, this means we can produce everything for your specific body. It requires just 30 seconds and no measuring tape. The key to it all? Our supply chain. We love to get nerdy about all the small details that make a supply chain run smoothly and with as little waste as possible. And we do that for everyone involved; our customers, garment workers, and for the planet.
Our high season is approaching and we’re therefore expanding our CS-Team. Which is why we’re looking for the ones where top-notch customer service comes naturally to you. You’re a great communicator and you thrive when everyone around you feels inspired and heard. On a day-to-day basis, then what’s all this about? Let’s dig into, some of the main responsibilities you’ll be having:
What will you be doing;
Deliver first-class customer service via chat and email to all our customers - mainly regarding shipments, product info, tax-related questions, sizing, etc.
Assisting customers with adjusting their custom sizes and understanding how to go about The Perfect Fit
Gather customer feedback and deliver it in a way that enables the rest of the team to improve our product and user experience.
Take part in optimizing our resolution bot and tone of voice to improve the overall customer experience, as well as optimizing our daily workflow within the customer success team.
How to make us extra excited;
Your English verbal and written skills are top-notch (as we do all communication in English)
You’re a people person and a great team player
You have experience within customer service - maybe you’ve worked in retail? Or previously been in a CS-role?
An interest in sustainability, the clothing industry, and a desire to help us change the world would make us raise our hands!

A part-time position (10-15 h/w). Though as we’re approaching our busy summer period we'd love it if you'd be able to work additional hours during that period.
Our CS-team is a vital part to ensure customer satisfaction, behind the scenes we’re a team of 6, who are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. We believe in challenging each other to do even better and to keep exceeding expectations.
