As a Project Manager in the Operational Excellence function, you will be responsible for driving your own workstreams and support on a wide range of operations projects and tasks while continuously developing your operations and project management competencies. You will get the chance to work across the Organization within the areas of Supply Chain, IT – interfacing with primarily Sales, Customer Support/Success, and finance. The focus will depend on the project pipeline and business opportunities that we are facing. You will be reporting to the COO.

As a Project Manager, you have the following responsibilities

• Your main responsibility will be to support the development and implementation of Operational strategies, projects, and programs, working across the organization. The project will range from conceptional strategy creation to operational process improvements and global implementation.

• You will be part of ensuring the implementation of a scalable structure that will support the VEO growth journey.

• Analyse data, perform research, and facilitate business cases to prepare recommendations and implement them for future initiatives

• You will support setting the right operations strategies, improve internal processes, and facilitate a strong collaboration across the organization.

Professional competencies

• A few year’s experience in project management, handling multiple projects ideally within Supply Chain, IT and business transformations, from consultancy or similar internal consulting/PM role.

• Have completed a university degree at master’s level with strong academic results.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Structured way of working.
