Job description:

This position is an integral part of both the Program and PR & Communications departments. It's not a traditional position while it is exciting. The candidate would be spending their time supporting the Program and PR & Communications departmentS, in addition in charge of the matchmaking process between journalists and speakers.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and staying up to date with the latest tech & startup trends and developments.

• Research and map relevant international tech-journalists and speakers to approach and engage for TechBBQ 2022.

• Assisting in international outreach.

• Creating concepts, and interesting conversation points for keynotes, panels & fireside chats. 

• CRM management of all relevant stakeholders.

• Logistics & coordination, i.e. updating records, organising travel arrangements, event-day logistics where the program is concerned, building the schedule in our event platform.  

• Setting up PR-related newsletters & blog posts in coordination with the in-house Marketing team.

  
  

Preferred key skills 

• Ability to juggle between different tasks and departments effectively.

• Experience in research and writing short to long text.

• Experience with CRM systems (customer relations management).

• Self-motivated and goal-orientated. 

• Networking skills (both online and in-person).

• Can work well under pressure.

• A plus if you have experience in events and a structured approach. 

• Fluent in English, fluency in Danish is a plus. 

• Background in the social sciences, pr & communication or entrepreneurial studies preferred.
