Purpose and Scope:

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable growth through data insights and by supporting the Sales team. They are responsible for all Sales operational reporting and recommending action plans, with the goal of improving overall sales, customer experience and operational efficiency.

The role entails working closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Production to develop, evaluate, and propose systematic procedures that make the process flow more efficient for Veo, as a whole.


The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities are:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations

  • Analyze data

  • Be curious as to how sales can improve based on data trends

  • Create simple and easy-to-follow processes

  • Collaborate with IT and CRM Manager to ensure CRM system adds value

  • Processing refund request for Sales reps, in a timely manner

  • Complete customs declaration forms 

  • Support Finance for inquiries on orders

  • Creating invoices

  • Manage and respond to internal and external inquiries in ‘Intercom’: Shipping/Backlog/Order Status/Refunds


Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has at least three years in a sales operations position and must have a solid understanding of multiple functions, such as product, marketing, and data management and SaaS business models

  • You perhaps have an educational background such as MSc in Economics and Business Administration (Cand. Merc) or MSc in Economics (Cand. Polit/Econ), but it is not a prerequisite. You need however to be comfortable working with quantitative data

  • In-depth working and administrative experience with a CRM system

  • Knowledge of Trello, Asana, Workcast and/or Intercom, a plus

  • Be a data junkie that knows what quality data means and help the team design & improve it

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Advanced Excel skills and SQL knowledge is a plus

  • Background working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
