We are on the lookout for an experienced recruiter who loves to source and screen the best candidates for exciting roles in Veo.

You’ll report to the VP of People, HR & Recruitment and be responsible for sourcing and hiring for multiple roles in the different departments at Veo.

What You'll Be Doing

• You’ll partner with the different hiring managers at Veo Technologies and build strong relationships with them, reporting on your pipeline and the progress and help them to secure the right talent for their departments. 

• Develop and implement highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates to our locations in Copenhagen, Miami and London amongst others, aligning with Veo’s values.

• Proactively source top sales talents using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.

• Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing of candidates.

• Maintaining professional and courteous communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships.

About You:

• You have +3 years of experience with recruitment in a fast-paced environment – preferably within a SaaS company.

• You are an experienced Linkedin Recruiter user and may be familiar with Lever as an ATS.

• You have hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.

• High energy and not giving up when roles are hard to fill. 

• Confidently influence, advise and mentor stakeholders, hiring managers, interviewers, and teammates.

• Able to work with limited supervision. 

• Solid networking and sourcing skills; utilizing both established and innovative recruitment methods.

• You are fluent in Danish and English.

• You thrive in a ambitious and fast-paced environment.

• You have a genuine and deep passion for working with and understanding people.

• You have a systematic and proactive approach to your tasks.
