We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a customer-facing product team to build the future of sports video streaming. Our mission is to bring sports technology out to everyone. Every athlete should be able to get recognized, and every fan should be able to watch their favorite teams being pro or local. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and data analysts to help customers get the best possible video experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects across the entire product cycle. You will set the vision for the user experience of the solutions and build it in a way that removes complexity and makes it extremely easy to use while being super engaging.

• Use data insights together with qualitative and quantitative customer insights to drive evidence-informed decisions.

• Manage cross-functional relationships to keep stakeholders informed and influencing their thinkingShow your expertise in your field to take evidence-driven bets on solutions that move the needle on our metrics.

• Maintain and develop the team to support our culture of focusing on building products that our customers love and work for the business while promoting mutual accountability, inclusivity, and freedom to choose the best possible solution for the job.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, working in cross-functional empowered teams, building world-class consumer products.

• Proven record of bringing new products to the market.

• You have experience with video streaming, e-sport, or similar community-driven products.

• You have experience working with data and value measuring success.

• You are a great communicator comfortable communicating with different stakeholders.

• You value partnering with design, engineering, and analysts to create great user experiences.

• You value getting things done, but you understand that we win collaboratively as a team, leaving egos and hierarchy at the door
