Purpose and Scope

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will have a vital role in ensuring that we are compliant, ensuring our systems are enhanced, and providing our information related to people's employment is well explained and reviewed for potential improvements. You will also be responsible for planning and executing parts of our HR year plan. In addition, you will be administrative people operations, making sure we welcome and onboard our new colleagues smoothly and professionally.

You will be reporting to Jens Yde, Vice President People, HR & Recruitment at Veo Technologies, an engaging leader who will extend support combined with freedom and responsibility to perform your best. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to enter into the world of HR Operations in an evident and impactful way.

Your primary focus will be

• Providing outstanding Pre-, on- and off-boarding tasks for all employees and ensure 100% data accuracy in all systems

• Managing the entire on-boarding process from gathering all required new hire forms, successful completion of onboarding documents and requirements

• Effective administration of employee documentation throughout their Veo journey including, but not limited to; contract management, leave management, visa checks, job changes

• Create, update and coordinate internal communications to support HR initiatives

• Maintain employee files to ensure compliance

• Keep HR Policies and procedures updated

• Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records

• Enrollment in HRIS and pension

• Ensure operational processes, procedures and policies are appropriately documented, kept up to date, and uploaded to the applicable systems

• Analysing the personality profiles and giving feedback to our employees

• Handling of reimbursements illness, maternity etc.

• Coordination with finance department regarding salary changes

• Troubleshoot employee issues, resulting in recommendations and solutions

• Answer employee inquiries and create a positive employee experience

• Actively participate in the ongoing redesign of HR Operations processes to improve accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness

What we expect from you

• You are an IT savvy and have a good flair for IT systems

• You can communicate clearly, concisely and fluently with people from all layers of the organisation, and all corners of the world

• You have good Danish and English language skills

• Organisation is your middle name: you manage to prioritize, plan, and organize your work efficiently and timely, ensuring deadlines are achieved. Multitasking is not a problem, and where not available, you set up processes and procedures to increase efficiency
