We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our Product teams to help us drive an insight-informed culture when developing products.

A cross-functional product team, our mission is to understand our customer's needs with a deep knowledge of what is technically possible to create products that our customers love. We achieve this by running qualitative and quantitive research. We aim to impact product decisions by showing the right evidence, metrics and data insights to discover new opportunities.

At Veo, we want to bring technology previously only available to the pros out to everyone. Teams should not be limited in their access to technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and ad-hoc data work to support Product Managers

• Identify opportunities to accelerate product adoption, retention, engagement, and monetization

• Develop dashboards and define metrics to support Product teams

• Develop user archetypes and demonstrate their usage patterns

• Work with product teams members such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience focused on feature and usage metrics, conversion and retention, segmentation, and finding usage patterns

• Advanced BI dashboard development (we use Looker and Amplitude)

• Great communication skills: can report complex information easily digestible to people with various technical capabilities

• 3+ years of experience in uncovering data insights to form hypotheses, evaluating results, and making recommendations

• Advanced level knowledge of SQL

• Have a genuine passion for understanding data and the story behind it
