As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be be having conversations with restaurant owners and managers on a daily basis. Your main goal is to create qualified opportunities for your sales team that can turn into new customers.
To do this you will leverage our database of segmented restaurants and generate interest through calls, emails and social media messaging. When connecting with a restaurant you will learn about their business challenges to determine whether Superb will serve as a solution. When you have identified a qualified prospect, your goal is to concisely communicate the value of Superb and book a meeting with the restaurant and the Business Development Manager, who will do the product demo.
You will have a working relationship with the whole sales team. Each day you will collaborate with the Business Development Managers you support and your fellow BDRs to develop innovative strategies for uncovering new opportunities.
Your Responsibilities as a BDR
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities to:
Research new prospects, build a pipeline of potential leads, and nurture relationships
Be the face of Superb as you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers
Become an expert on our brand, market, and platform
Make outbound calls to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling platform demos
Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads, own your pipeline
Book demos with qualified leads for your Business Development Managers
Meet and exceed monthly targets
Stay current on industry news and understand the social media landscape
