We are Superb, a startup with the mission to completely change the way restaurants work by introducing Guest Experience Management. We enable a new way of managing restaurants while providing every guest with a personalised experience. Our tools allow our customers to collect insights and data, empowering the new generation of restaurateurs in 100+ cities worldwide.

The Team 

We are building our People & Culture team in order to scale and make sure that our employees are taken care of in the way they truly deserve. You will be the first Recruiter on the ground so we expect that you will be happy to set the standard and strategies around all things related to recruitment (search, processes, interview training, you name it). You will work closely with our Director of People & Culture to whom you will be reporting to.

A remote first workplace, Superb understands that no two employees are the same. We support a flexible work environment so you can work from home, our local clubs (offices) or from the Bahamas when you feel like it. Our small but growing team is located around the world, and so far exists in 10 countries. We pride ourselves on being an international workplace and though we are far in distance we are close in purpose, that being to provide a world class product delivered by a happy and unified team.

  • You live in or around Copenhagen, Malmö or Stockholm so we can meet up every now and then 

  • Oh, and you are a Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Partner or whatever you prefer to call yourself
