Job Overview

Superb has just raised its Series A and is now looking for Finance Director to help us achieve our ambitious goals with the funds we have raised. We are looking for a structured, driven and ambitious individual that will take full responsibility in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

At Superb you will;

• Ensure timely P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-flow reporting

• Build up the internal Finance team to ensure Superb’s management team and board are up to date

• Support the CEO with creating materials for board meetings and participate in those meetings presenting financial information to the board of directors

• Implement and further develop  accounting processes to ensure correct financial reporting

• Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, such as tax authorities, banks and auditors

• Evaluate the Finance tech stack and implement tooling to automate processes

• Take the lead on the yearly budgeting process and quarterly follow ups 

• Support the CEO with future fundraising 

• Take ownership of Accounts Receivables, ensuring that customers receive and pay their bills on time

Qualifications

• 2-years experience within a similar position

• Prior experience as an Auditor with one of the large four accounting firms is a plus

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Experience from a similar position is a plus

• M&A experience is a plus

• Being comfortable working in English is a must
