Undo is on a mission to change insurance as you know it. With technology as our weapon and the users at heart, we strive to make insurance easy-to-use, accessible, fair, and transparent.

To help us in our great endeavours, we are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating simple and elegant experiences in a space that is inherently complex. A Product Designer who wants to be part of an entrepreneurial start-up with high ambitions and a steep growth curve.

The role

Creating a seamless digital insurance experience is the cornerstone of what Undo do. As such, as a Product Designer at Undo you play an important role in changing the way insurance is perceived and experienced.

In your daily work, you will be a part of a cross-functional team that works closely together, on everything from generating and validating hypotheses and first concepts to shipping final features. In the team, you will be responsible for carrying out our user-centered design process - from start to finish.

But don't worry. You will also work closely with designers from other teams. You will be a part of our passionate design team - a curious bunch, who always keeps themselves up-to-date on the newest trends, tools and methods. Through informal interactions, Design Crits and workshops, the designers give and receive feedback, and make sure that the experience stays coherent across platforms and products.

To help us take our products to the next level, we are looking for someone with a proven track record. Someone who is a go-getter, a problem-solver, and who loves working collaboratively with talented people on challenging problems. And of course someone who is deeply passionate about good design.

What you will do

• Work close with the Product Manager and the team on understanding our customers, how our products are used and how to validate hypotheses.

• Run large design projects from start to finish.

• Validating new ideas and shipped features on customers.

• Produce enjoyable and pixel perfect UI designs, that wow our customers.

• Facilitate design review sessions with key stakeholders in the company.

• Use and maintain our design system.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in user interface design for consumers.

• Expertise and background in app and web design.

• Knowledge of Apple & Android platform design conventions.

• Rockstar in Figma or similar tools - we use Figma.

• Proactive collaborator and communicator

• Experienced working in cross-functional teams

• Flexible and productive in the face of ambiguity and change during a project
