Product manager at Reduced

We are looking for a great talent to join our small team as product manager.

You must have an entrepreneurial mindset, great energy and an eye for detail and structure.

As product manager at Reduced you will take full responsibility and ownership of specific products in our portfolio. This is a dynamic and cross disciplinary role, and you will have a critical impact on the business and growth.

We don’t expect you to have years of experience in the food industry. We expect you to be a fast learner who wants to make a significant impact!


About Reduced

Reduced is a food production company based in Copenhagen.

We reduce food waste and replace it with taste.

Using IP and recipes to create deep and intense flavour from upcycled produce, we sell our products under the Reduced brand via retail, D2C and the food service industry.

We have sold +18.000 units of our pilot products in 8 months and are soon launching a new product line. 

Basically, we believe the future of foods depends on two things: sustainable sourcing & creating great tastes.


Where will your time typically be spent:

  • Food service sales.

  • Planning and executing retail promotion (sampling, events e.g.).

  • Distribution and logistics in regard to the specific products.

  • Ensuring that all requirements from the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA) are in place and updated. 

  • Keep track of expenses.

  • Project management.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management.

  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Structured and assertive.

  • Passionate about food.

  • Eligible driver’s license.

  • Willing to work evenings, on call and weekends when requested.

  • Languages: Danish (Advanced) or English (Advanced).
