Growing our operations team, we’re looking for an experienced operator who would like to be part of building meploy from a Danish challenger to one of the leading temporary work suppliers on the market.

About the role

You’ll join the management group and will work alongside the founding team (sales, product and finance) to develop our client relationships and work daily on improving our staffing operations (recruitment and candidate placement of blue-collar workers). We grew during the pandemic by +50% and are looking to highly accelerate our growth during Autumn and Winter.

What are we looking for?

We will always look at the person and the team dynamic ahead of the CV, but just to give you a hint where we believe there would be a great fit, both from an experience perspective and culture:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior position at a temp agency.

• Experience as an account director/consultant.

• Danish professional proficiency.

• You push & push things forward, and like to try new things.

• Structure and data gathering is important to you.

• You like helping others succeed without taking credit for it.

• You care about what you do and finish things you started.
