Purpose and Scope

As a Customer Success Manager for our customer base with tech touch coverage, you’ll drive customer adoption and value at scale through the development and execution of the Tech Touch program. You’ll ensure that they see the maximum value in Veo, and therefore fulfilling their potential, resulting in growing the potential of your portfolio. This is accomplished by delivering a great customer experience and maximizing the use of our products, as well as delivering outcomes, results, and value that exceed customer expectations.  

We have an ambition of building a data driven customer success organisation, with a human touch. Using a data-driven mentality, you’ll work with marketing and product development possible solutions including: Intercom, Segment, ActiveCampaign, Looker, Metabase, Zapier, BigQuery, G Suite. 

You will be a crucial part for us to achieve it with facilitating human connections on scale.

What are some of the high impact opportunities you’ll tackle?

  • Help to build out and iterate on the tech touch program across the customer journey: onboarding, adoption, impact, expansion/renewal, win back.

  • Communicate with and assist customers when they fall out of tech touch cadences.

  • Collaborate across teams (support, product, systems, marketing) to ensure a smooth journey and that we have the right content in place to support this segment at scale.

  • Identify repeatable strategies and playbooks to drive adoption and mitigate risk (in close collaboration with your colleagues managing the mid-touch segment).

  • Leverage data insights to manage progress, performance, and priorities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in customer enablement/marketing, one to many customer success or scaling customer operations.

  • Process oriented – Experience building or executing one-to-many programs through scalable technology.

  • Business Intelligence  – You’re excited about the data analysis and how to use it as a tool to make you more efficient.

  • Genuine desire to help people and make them succeed.

  • Strong communication skills – effective at communicating at all levels within our organization and our customers’ clubs.

  • Planning/Organization – Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Help build the car while driving it: you bring everything is possible mindset, and are eager to help define the cutting edge Customer Success program. 

  • Dependable – Team player, motivated to help and guide others to improve as well as open to receive the learnings.
