Colorful Standard is looking for someone to help identify and contact influencers and potential brand ambassadors. We want someone who is in touch and familiar with relevant influencers and is comfortable reaching out and creating meaningful relationships, which will assist in developing an international SoMe community.

We are looking for a motivated individual, who will assist the marketing team in all things influencer marketing, including research, relationship building, campaigns, campaign tracking, and other ad hoc tasks. We would like you to take ownership of your tasks, organization is a must.

Your tasks:

• Research and identify lists of relevant influencers (by country) for the Colorful Standard universe

• Create meaningful relationships and an online Colorful Standard community

• Consistently grow and maintain the Colorful Standard community

• Analyze and report on influencers’ performance

You have:

• Interest in influencer marketing and social media (previous experience isn’t required but is a plus)

• Excellent written and communication skills

• An ability to think outside of the box

• A desire to build a community from the bottom up

• A keen eye for quality and detail
