You are a top notch expert when it comes to developing web applications and you can handle the entire stack. Not only do you know the relevant technologies inside out, you have an excellent understanding of all the paradigms and what takes a web application from good to great. Despite your deep domain knowledge, you understand that a web application is not always the best solution and you are a valuable team asset in determining how to best develop for multiple client platforms. Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of relevant web technologies

• Experience with Django, Python, React, JavaScript and AWS is a plus

• Interest and experience with server-side API design is a plus

• Know how to efficiently implement great responsive designs 

• High standard of work and natural role model for more junior engineers

• Accustomed to working in a high-paced agile environment

• High performer while being a team player at heart

• Approachable, energetic and likable personality 

• Passion for creating innovative products with a great user experience

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

What you will do:

• Hands on coding delivering great product features incrementally

• Review code to ensure a high standard of team deliveries

• Collaborate with other members on design, technical and UI/UX

• Act as a knowledgeable sparring partner on architectural and technical topics

• Engage with the team in design thinking workshops
