Veo Technologies is currently for a Social Ads Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various digital channels. The candidate will work within the digital marketing team and own all paid social media. You will be part of an extraordinary growth journey. Paid Social is a key growth driver for Veo

Advertising and lead generation on social media is a crucial part of the Veo growth strategy. You will ensure that all campaigns are class-leading and performing up to our targets. You will work closely with our internal content and video team, to ensure that we have all the assets needed to perform well on social media.

Key tasks include:

• Ownership of budgets and results on paid social accounts across all markets.

• Define relevant KPIs and tracking points to ensure continuous growth.

• Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices within social media.

• Effectively analyze marketing strategies and proactively offer suggestions on improvements.

• Work collaboratively with the content team to ensure that the right assets and ads are developed.

• Performance reporting on all social channels.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience from an agency or a similar in-house position.

• Experience with lead generation through social channels, off-site as well as on-site.

• Be self-driven and have the ability and motivation to own a project from start to finish.

• Highly analytical mindset for analysis and reporting.

• Extensive experience in optimizing towards CTR, CPC, CPA or ROAS goals and understanding how these metrics affect each other.

• Native ability in written English is a requirement. Especially good writing skills are important as you will be responsible for written content.

• Ability to stay structured and perform in a multicultural, high-paced working environment.
