Fresh.Land is a fast-growing foodtech scale-up. We allow consumers to buy directly from farmers, bypassing up to 5 middlemen. We developed a pioneering and award-winning digital platform that shortens and digitises the food supply chain. Now we are scaling our "straight from the farm" model to connect millions of farmers and consumers, directly. Fresh.Land received the prestigious Climate Solver Award by WWF (World Wildlife Foundation), as our model cuts carbon emissions and reduces food waste.

Position

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our fast-growing team of currently 50 people on Indiakaj in Copenhagen and with many more people joining the team in the coming months. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating our external development teams, but also our internal team which is in the process of being established. As the first Project Manager in our team, you will have a big impact on shaping the future of the team, the structures and the processes. 

Responsibilities

• You will be managing both some of our current projects and also launch new ones from idea to implementation, working closely together with the Head of Tech, key stakeholders in the organization and our development teams.

• Together we will shape the processes and structures for good project management, and also implement and subsequently enforce them.

• We currently have two international partners, and you will be coordinating with both, requiring good English skills.

Requirements

• A proven track record with successfully executing development projects is critical.

• Strong English language skills (corporate language is English)

• Knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies

• Experience with ITIL or similar principles

• You have worked with outsourced teams and projects in the past and preferably also with internal projects.

• As a person you are structured, proactive, take charge and a strong communicator. 

• You take responsibility and thrive in a fast-paced environment where not all structures and processes are yet in place and fast adaptation is key.
