German-speaking Customer Love Representative

We are looking for a Customer Love Representative who is able to provide outstanding customer experiences, is a great problem solver and loves a good high five!

Our customer experience is a fundamental part of Organic Basics. The CX team makes sure our customers around the world can find the help they need at all steps along the customer journey, on our website and through interactions with our team. 

Your daily tasks at OB will include:

  • Acting as the voice of Organic Basics on the front lines, delivering best-in-class, delightful customer experiences via phone, email, and live chat

  • Providing support and engagement on Instagram and Facebook

  • Solving logistical issues through daily communication with our warehouse and partners

  • Keeping a close eye on our orders and fulfillments

  • Monitoring and replying to customer reviews

  • Processing customer returns and exchanges through our in-house return system

  • Identifying and analysing customer insights 

Your strengths:

  • 1-3 years of experience with customer support, ideally within a D2C brand

  • Flawless writing and speaking skills in German and English 

  • Experience with social media

  • High energy level, enjoy working at a high pace and managing your workload efficiently

  • Dedicated work ethic and always willing to go the extra mile

  • Helping others gives you personal satisfaction and joy

  • Great problem solving skills

  • Tech-savvy and online first mindset

  • Analytical and data-driven

  • Able to show initiative and take leadership to drive change and optimise processes

  • Comfortable working in multiple digital tools and processes to manage your daily tasks. We use Dixa, Shopify, Traede and Consignor.

  • Reliable, people smart and exceptionally friendly

Headquartered in Copenhagen - Organic Basics is building the more sustainable alternative to modern lifestyle and fashion brands. We work with organic and recycled materials - and European factories that minimise their environmental footprint in order to create our underwear, activewear and everyday essentials in the best way possible.Our team consists of fabric geeks, environmental activists and everything in between. Here’s the story. Three Danish school friends (Alexander Christiansen, COO. Mads Fibiger CFO and Christoffer Immanuel, CEO) didn’t like any of the underwear we wore - so we decided to make it better. No fashion school - no experience - no dots were connected and nobody said “ah, that makes sense”. But Organic Basics was born anyway. Back then we didn’t exactly think that sustainability was going to be at the centre of the fashion conversation today either - but we knew something was wrong with the industry. So we wanted to create a brand with purpose and meaning - to create something that we wanted towear ourselves. Sustainability had to be at the core of everything.That meant choosing environmentally friendly fabrics, partnering with responsible and transparent factories and designing products for longevity.
