We are looking for a Customer Love Representative who is able to provide outstanding customer experiences, is a great problem solver and loves a good high five!
Our customer experience is a fundamental part of Organic Basics. The CX team makes sure our customers around the world can find the help they need at all steps along the customer journey, on our website and through interactions with our team.
Your daily tasks at OB will include:
Acting as the voice of Organic Basics on the front lines, delivering best-in-class, delightful customer experiences via phone, email, and live chat
Providing support and engagement on Instagram and Facebook
Solving logistical issues through daily communication with our warehouse and partners
Keeping a close eye on our orders and fulfillments
Monitoring and replying to customer reviews
Processing customer returns and exchanges through our in-house return system
Identifying and analysing customer insights
1-3 years of experience with customer support, ideally within a D2C brand
Flawless writing and speaking skills in German and English
Experience with social media
High energy level, enjoy working at a high pace and managing your workload efficiently
Dedicated work ethic and always willing to go the extra mile

Able to show initiative and take leadership to drive change and optimise processes
Comfortable working in multiple digital tools and processes to manage your daily tasks. We use Dixa, Shopify, Traede and Consignor.
