Sweden | E-commerce & Growth marketeer

We are looking for an entrepreneurial e-commerce and growth marketeer to join our online roll-out in Sweden. BARONS has a proven and well established business model in Denmark. The brand, product and concept has evolved during the last couple of years and now we are ready to take on the Nordics🚀. We prefer ambition over experience.

At BARONS we are chasing a window of opportunity - taking market shares from conservative shirtmakers struggling to balance offline and online distribution. We do this with a simple, digital and modern business model.

What will be your role?

The job is versatile and involves every aspect of building our business presence in Sweden. Your primary focus will be to build and execute our marketing plan in Sweden and make sure all activities are aligned with our core brand values. Sweden is a key part of our growth plans and you will be supported by our team located in Copenhagen.

You will constantly develop and improve the entire customer journey and experience for some of the most demanding and educated customers in the market. The reward if we succeed, is unmatched customer loyalty - a cornerstone of our business model.

Key responsibilities:   

• Help successfully combine online and offline growth initiatives.

• Day-to-day management of our local Shopify store.

• Send out e-mail campaigns and fine-tune existing automated e-mail flows (Klaviyo).

• Make sure our awesome customers get alle the help they need.

• Translating and localizing ad copy, blogs, articles, newsletters etc.

• Research influencers and collaboration oppportunity.

• Lead generation, lead nurturing, marketing automation.

• Organize and execute company events at large corporate offices.

• Make sure the website barons.se is always up to date both operational and content wise.
