To fuel our great endeavours, we are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team in Copenhagen. If you have a great understanding of consumer apps, and a love for data and delighting users, this one’s for you.
The role
As a Product Designer at Undo you will get to work on our customer-facing apps, the corner stone of our insurance experience. As such, you will play a big and important part, when we strive to radically raise the expectations of what an insurance experience should be.
You will be a part of a cross-functional team - consisting of a Product Manager, engineers and a user researcher - that works closely together to achieve it's goals. But don't worry. You will also be a part of a passionate design team, that elevates each other through sparring, design critiques, and discussions on the newest methods and trends in the industry.
You will be responsible for running user-centered design processes from start to finish. This entails user research, conceptualisation, prototyping, validation, and of course, high-fidelity UI design that wow's our users!
What you will do:
Work closely with your team to prioritise & scope feature.
Conceptualise, design, and fine-tune our customer-facing apps.
Developer low- & high-fidelity designs for prototypes and final designs.
Run design-processes from start to finish - involving users in every step of the way.
Facilitate design critiques with relevant stakeholders
Validate new ideas through user-involvement - before they are being built.
Be a champion of user-involvement & usability in your team and organisation.
Key qualifications:
Strong theoretical background within digital design.
3+ years of experience doing product design for customer-facing mobile and/or web apps.
Experience working with Figma or Sketch - we use Figma.
Experience working with motion graphic tools such as After Effects & Lottie.
Experience with creating intuitive solutions for complex products: Insurance is inherently a complex product, and getting first time buyers to understand what they bought ain't easy! But it's definitely a fun challenge!
You love to share your work in progress with stakeholders, get feedback, and iterate on your design.
