Position

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives and delivery targets. The person must have a genuine interest in the field of food and logistics, be pragmatic and solution oriented in their approach to problems, and have a track record in reducing delivery mistakes and scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Distribution in day-to-day coordination and management of logistics and last mile operational activities

• Monitor, control and manage last mile deliveries to meet customer expectations and company goals

• Liaise between delivery operations and customer success team, to ensure smooth operations delivery

• Coordinate and manage projects for supply chain optimization

• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

• Assist procurement team with quality inspection upon delivery and report claims.

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience within supply chain operations

• Bachelor's/Master's degree

• Experience in scaling logistic operations from food business

• Excellent communication and people management skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Enjoying working from a warehouse several days a week

• Track record in building processes and implementing procedures

• Experience with food inspections and quality control of fresh food.
