Danish Social Innovation Club (DANSIC) is a voluntary non-profit organization run by ambitious Danish and international students and recent graduates. In DANSIC21, our volunteers will work onto creating the first virtual/interactive event between Denmark and the African Continent. Our goal? Empowering the youth across two countries to explore innovative solution to current African societal issues.

DANSIC is a non-profit organization that explores the opportunities and challenges of social innovation and entrepreneurship. This year DANSIC21 brings its focus on a collaborative project between the Nordics and the African Continent. Portraying the idea of empowering African and Danish youth, DANSIC will be working in cooperation with “Ambitious Africa”, a progressive organization that is currently expanding throughout Scandinavia.
As a volunteer in DANSIC, you will be part of an ambitious group of volunteers from various universities, nationalities, and professional backgrounds, all caring about social innovation and entrepreneurship. We value creativity, diversity, and peer-to-peer learning. Moreover, we put an emphasis on socializing together over casual pizzas, Friday bars, Christmas lunches, etc.
As our HR Specialist you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with the HR Director, as well as with other team members within the Events Department;
Promoting DANSIC to potential volunteers and recruiting them;
Motivating and engaging DANSIC volunteers;
Planning and facilitating internal workdays, competence development and social events;
…And more projects if you have any cool ideas!

QUALIFICATIONS
You are currently a student or recent graduate within field Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or similar;
You live in Copenhagen;
You have a desire to work within HR, and support social innovation;
This position is unpaid!
REQUIREMENTS
Attend the weekly Tuesday evening meeting in your crew;
Undertake some ad hoc tasks during the week;
Attend the monthly social day for all of DANSIC's volunteers;
Be a part of DANSIC from fall 2020 until late spring 2021, when our Annual General Meeting will be held.
