A chance to get in early for the self-driven entrepreneur and have full responsibility in a digital startup within dental care. The product 1.0 has been live and proven technically, but I have paused the business recently. Next phase is focused around proving product/market fit by establishing partnerships with and onboarding new dental clinics and adapting product and offering to these learnings.
Godtandpleje targets dental care compliance by partnering with dental clinics and providing clinics with a digital tool fuelling patient compliance to dental care advice and instructions and adoption of new habits.
About the role
The ideal candidate is self-driven, entrepreneurial, structured and a talented and/or experienced partnership builder.
The product 1.0 is live and working. Main focus of next phase is to prove product/market fit by establishing partnerships with and onboarding new dental clinics. The startup is still early in the go-to-market journey, and it is key to balance the focus on getting insights on how our product is working in the market with pushing more traction and getting more partnerships and growth.
The daily operation and further development of the platform and product is also in scope.
Godtandpleje is a bootstrapped solo startup - hence, there is currently no team. Founder and current CEO is open to hand over operation and further development of the startup to the right candidate and be part of advisory board to free time for own career. The reasoning behind will of course be elaborated.

Onboard dental clinic partners and ensure smooth partner experience
Relaunch operations
Develop next level dental clinic partner strategy
Further development of logistics, procurement, customer/partner service and platform/product
Profile
The right profile is not carved in stone for this role. Your background can be dental care, sales or simply a generalist with a dream of being an entrepreneur - along with the right mindset and skills. The latter is the most important.
The ideal candidate can tick these:
Ability to plan, structure and execute on own work
Comfortable and able to be leading own startup
Can work strategically and operationally interchangeably
Proven track record and/or talent within B2B sales or partnerships
Tech savvy, but no need to be a wizard
Danish fluency, since only market so far is Denmark
Dental care knowledge or experience from other health care areas
