You are:

• A people & process person who loves to engage with empathy

• In love with culture, leadership, policy, legal framework, organizational effectiveness, operations management, business negotiation, customer service, decision-making

• Able to do critical thinking, planning, delegation, monitoring, and reporting

• Interested in financial principles, startup budget, forecasting, and such

• Easy-going, social, can function with limited resources

• Excellent in writing & verbal communaction in both English and Danish

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
