Stinto thrives off the success of our customers, and we're looking for strategic, growth-focused, and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCOs) to take ownership of our commercial strategy and drive growth through new sales and the success of existing customers.
You will be responsible for:
Driving top-line growth across all Stinto markets
Complete ownership of the sales process and the development of Stinto’s sales methodology
The development of a sales team to drive growth in all Stinto’s primary markets
The success of commercial partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft and 3rd party partners
Coordinating continued growth and success of existing customers with customer success
Coordinating with marketing on the design of a winning value proposition and marketing campaigns
Providing invaluable customer feedback to our Head of Product to help make product roadmap decisions
To be successful, you will need:
History of success as a sales leader or senior account executive, looking to step up into a CCO role for the first time
Proven track record of achieving targets and goals in a commercial setting
Experience in managing sales processes in large complex enterprise customers
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
An understanding of B2B, SaaS and CRM is highly desirable
An understanding of the Salesforce and / or Microsoft partner networks is also desirable
Ability to travel 30 days a year
