Responsibilities

• As a Solutions Engineer, you will be working with customers and helping them to find the best solutions using Dreamdata technology.

• You will be helping customers setting up tracking using our JavaScript tracking script.

• You will be mapping out the customer’s data and supporting them in getting the data into our Data Platform.

• You will be working side by side with our sales and customer success teams to ensure our customers are happy and that we close new deals.

• Write technical documentation so that our customers can help themself.

• You will be working closely with product and engineering to ensure our existing and new technology is developing and that we solve our customer’s problems.

• In the end, you will become the product expert that knows every single detail about our product.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

• You are used to writing JavaScript and knows how web-tracking works.

• You are likely well familiar with at least a few of these web-tracking tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment and Google Tag Manager etc.

• You are familiar with working with CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and marketing automation systems (Hubspot, Pardot etc.).

• You might have experience in using SQL (we use Google BigQuery, but any SQL dialect will do, MySQL, Postgres, Redshift, MSSQL etc.)

• You have a technical background and are able to read code and understand technical documentation such as API documentation.

• You are used to working with both technical and less technical customers.

• You are able to write technical documentation customers can understand.
