THE POSITION

Specifically, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced in the CPG/FMCG industry Business Controller that wants to work with, organize, develop and support the business controlling processes of our clients to the next level. You will be part of developing and support the best practice of business controlling through our software solution. You will work closely with our customer business support and be part of our development team to provide and support extraordinary development insights and business controlling process. Thus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

 

An understanding of customer requirements is also necessary. You should be highly proficient in business planning, in order to allow you to build financial projections, charts and reports in a short period of time and support the business processes of our clients.

 

Moreover, you will work closely with the CEO and Business Operations Manager to ensure that the product we bring to the market will be successful in a wide variety of customer engagements. A systematic organized approach to work is vital.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be operating in the following 3 task categories:

1)   Implementation projects

·         Co-ordinate controlling tasks.

·         Defining P&L setup together with Client, specify and check interface data.

·         Deliver solutions to customers.

2)   Controlling functionalities development

·         Perform quality controls/test.

·         Assist on solution development; do analysis of client and market needs.

·         Create design guides, troubleshooting guides, evaluation guides and internal documentation.

·         Ensure that all relevant business controlling processes supported by the solution is working correctly and effectively.

3)   2nd level support

·         Support, supervise and advise clients.

·         Serving customer concerns.

·         Respond to customer or field inquiries and work with product development team as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

·         BSc. in Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Accounting or similar.

·         MSc. is an advantage.

·         Proven 3+ years of work experience in the consumer goods industry.

·         Excellent understanding of business and financial principles and practices.

·         Knowledge of processes of budgets, forecasting and metrics.

·         Advanced MS Office user.

·         Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

·         Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English is a must.

 

Strong leadership skills, including effective time management and prioritization are required. You must be able to lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate your colleagues and clients, and always seeking the best practice. We embrace creativity and good ideas.
