About the role

Together with the product owner, you will prioritise and scope projects for the engineering team. Your responsibility is the quality and timely delivery of these projects. To achieve this, you will work closely with the team to prioritise efforts, facilitate collaboration, and remove obstacles.

In your role you’ll

• Lead a team of developers, to deliver with speed and quality.

• Facilitate coordination and clear communication between the designers and developers

• Identify bottlenecks and pro-actively find solutions

• Facilitate the development process: stand-up, weekly status meetings, retrospectives, etc.

• Continuously streamline our development process: Advocate for and advance modern agile software development and organisational practices (Agile, XP, and Lean concepts).

• Work from our offices in Copenhagen.

Who you are

• You have at least +2 years of experience leading an agile development team, creating awesome customer-facing applications - preferably from being in a startup.

• You are an engineer at heart, with a genuine interest in technology and people.

• You are able to clearly communicate expectations and can balance the needs of partners from different disciplines and teams.

• As part of a fast-paced organisation, you are able to adapt and identify opportunities for yourself and your team

• You have understanding and experience with a variety of Agile approaches, such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
