TechBBQ is seeking a highly diligent, confident candidate for the role of Project Manager- Startup Database. TechBBQ is Scandinavia's largest startup & innovation summit, which in 2020 will gather more than 8,000+ Danish, Nordic and international tech entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators of tomorrow. TechBBQ takes place over 2 days in the historic heart of Copenhagen creating local and global networks to drive growth for startups and scaleups.

Your tasks include:

• Written, oral and aural fluency in Danish and/or English is a must

• Copywriting experience, preferably in both Danish and English

• Developing story ideas

• Working to meeting multiple deadlines

• Understanding of the relationship between PR, communications and marketing.

• Contacting and finding new leads of Danish and international journalists

• Assist in the writing of press releases, newsletters and other written communications

• Participate in PR meetings with TechBBQ partners and develop joined communications plans together with the team.

About you:

• Bachelor studies in journalism or communications

• You have interest in journalism, communication or PR and would maybe like to pursue this career in the future

• A go-getter and self-starter

• A team player, who can work independently within the team and with others

• Open-minded and like to interact with people from different backgrounds

• You thrive in a hectic environment.

With experience/skills in:

• Written, oral and aural fluency in Danish and/or English is a must

• Copywriting experience, preferably in both Danish and English

• Developing story ideas

• Understanding of the relationship between PR, communications and marketing.
