In your role you’ll

• Lead a team of developers and designers, to deliver with speed and quality.

• Lead roadmap prioritisation and effectively work with an engineering team to make the right trade-offs.

• Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.

• Take responsibility for a customer-facing product and crush competition.

• Grow the company and help shape the way we work.

Who you are

• You have at least +2 years of experience leading an agile development team, creating awesome customer-facing applications - preferably from being in a startup.

• You have experience in crafting product requirements based on user research and data.

• You are a clear communicator and can balance the needs of partners from different disciplines and teams.

• You fancy working in a high-paced environment.

• You care for learning and trying out new product management techniques.

• You can demonstrate the influence you have had on projects you have been involved in.
