We're a small busy company with a lot of exciting things going on! There's a couple of things we're not that great at - maintaining a proper website and communication to our current customers. That's were we need your help! We need help with our Wordpress website, looking at descriptive texts, documenting and showing our customer cases, etc. But we also need help maintaining a flow of communication to our customers including simply keeping track of their email adresses.


We need help with a number of things. 

1) Updating and maintaining our current website with customer cases, references, descriptive texts, product presentation, etc. The website is in Wordpress. 

2) Creating and updating a new website for our new separately branded platform.

3) Start af Mailchimp (or similar) setup for us to keep track of all customer contact information. We have a CRM, but we need a tool and a way to keep track of email adresses as well as to send out newsletters, updates, etc.

4) Communication in general to excisting and prospective customers. We would love to hear from a professional how we can do better!

 

We expect you to have a complete understanding of the platforms needed to support the above tasks (Mailchimp, Wordpress, etc.). While we are tech people, we really don't know a lot about these things. 

We will put a lot of responsibility in your hands. A lot of the tasks are open in the sense of you can choose platforms and how to complete the task. You're the expect, which also means that you can try new things, maybe fail at some of them, but the important thing is that you put in the effort.

To begin with the job is a student job probably around two half days a week. We are open to more or less hours, and we do expect the job to get bigger over time.
