CYBERSECURITY FOR INDUSTRIAL NETWORKS AND CONTROL SYSTEMS Secure-NOK® is a technology company providing cybersecurity solutions for monitoring industrial networks (OT), and for detecting vulnerable areas. The company has vast experience and recognized technology, and has participated in several research projects with outstanding results. The technology (SNOK) can detect any abnormal event in a network and prevent important infrastructure from experiencing downtime due to malicious attack. Today, most industries are digitized, and thus more exposed to attacks from the outside. With technology from Secure-NOK, such attacks will be detected early, and thus avoid damage and downtime. Secure-NOK has developed patented sensors which are installed in a OT network, and which capture and report any abnormal traffic. Connecting Grounds is a food start-up based in Aarhus that up-cycles spent coffee grounds (a.k.a. coffee waste) into a food ingredient for B2B snack and confectionary companies and restaurants. Why do we do it? 1. Environment Spent coffee grounds are often treated as waste. Think about how many cups of coffee you or the people around you drink per day. All the coffee waste from drinking coffee adds to the Greenhouse Gas Emissions. 2. Nutritional Value When we brew our cup of coffee, we are only taking advantage of 1% of coffee's nutrients. 99% of these nutrients stay in the spent coffee grounds. These nutrients include caffeine, dietary fibre, proteins and valuable minerals. What we do is change the narrative behind hidden food waste by starting with coffee by-products. By up-cycling such a product, we evert emissions, take advantage of our resources and raise awareness on the importance of up-cycling. Rethinking food is what we do, and we will not stop with coffee by-products. We will continue to search for resources/ingredients that have the potential of being reintroduced in the food stream, again.

Sealytix develops CAPSIM, an advanced stowage algorithm that liner shipping companies can use to maximize the profit of their fleet. Liner shippers are challenged by extremely complex stowage rules of container vessels. This means that sales teams are unable to fill all slots and sell container bookings that fit the vessel. The problem is known, but has defied automation until today. CAPSIM is the fourth generation of a series stowage algorithms developed in collaboration with Danish Universities since 2007. It includes a patented AI technology for predicting lashing forces and forecasting cargo. It is the first stowage algorithm in the world that is able to select spot and contract cargo to stow on a vessel that maximizes total cargo yield. A PoC with a large Danish liner shipper showed that CAPSIM enables vessels to increase their profit with 5-8%. This is a breakthrough result in a market that normally has profit margins of a few percent. The potential extra profit of the world fleet is more than $10B per year. Sealytix has a SaaS software product line consisting of SLX | YIELD, SLX | FLOW, and SLX | STOW supporting sales, capacity management, and stowage operation, respectively.
