With investment, we strive to hire developers with similar ideas.  Our work at the mother company, Hopiasepät Oy, has proved that helping is also good business. It’s the attitude that counts, and ours is positive. That reflects in our culture both as flexibility as well as commitment to results. Bossing is stupid – we talk, develop and execute.  Partnerships and equity will be offered for good people. Money is nice but not the center of our world. Besides, with the MODE we’ll all be rich, so what’s the point of being tight-fisted?  We’re as much friends as we are colleagues – that’s the spirit we’d love to continue.
