Boligblikket is a Danish PropTech platform that makes property research clearer before a viewing, bid or sale. Users can look up any registered address in Denmark — not only homes currently for sale — and review structured information from public sources such as DAWA, BBR, public property assessments and environmental noise maps. For properties on the market, Boligblikket identifies the broker and directs visitors to the broker’s original listing. The platform combines address facts, estimated housing costs, local context and practical decision tools in one overview, while clearly showing when information is unavailable. Boligblikket also offers tools for brokers, including valuation leads, buyer matching and a self-service portal. The product was started in late 2025 under Moselstudio ApS and has been live since January 2026.

 We believe taking care of our minds deserves the same evolution that taking care of our bodies has already undergone. Today, if you want to improve your physical health, you have access to coaches, training plans, wearables and decades of research translated into practical tools that help you build strength, resilience and long-term wellbeing. Mental health, despite being just as fundamental to how we live, work and thrive, is still largely approached reactively. Clinical care is essential, but for most people there is little support between treating illness and generic wellbeing content.
 We see an opportunity to help change that.
 Advances in wearable technology, behavioural science and AI are making it possible to personalise mental health support in ways that simply weren't practical a few years ago. Technology has become remarkably good at measuring us. Wearables can tell us how we slept, how we recovered and how our bodies responded to stress - but measurements alone rarely lead to better mental health.
 Most people already know that sleep, movement, relationships, recovery and stress all matter. The challenge isn't awareness, it's understanding how these factors interact for each individual and turning that understanding into sustainable action.
 Our ambition is to build a system that turns research and personal data into practical, personalised guidance. Rather than giving everyone the same meditation, journal prompt or breathing exercise, we're building an experience that learns about the individual over time and helps people understand what supports their mental wellbeing, then guides them towards small, meaningful actions that strengthen it over time. Just as no good coach would give every athlete the same training plan, we don't believe everyone should receive the same advice.
 The long-term vision is to make taking care of your mind as practical, personalised and accessible as taking care of your body.
 I founded Ibex after spending years working with people, leadership and organisational development and repeatedly seeing the same pattern: people often recognised the signals only once they had become difficult to ignore. 

At the same time, I saw incredible research, talented clinicians and coaches, and rapidly advancing technology, but very little that brought these worlds together in a practical way for everyday life.
 That question; what if we approached mental fitness more like physical fitness? - became the starting point for Ibex.
 Since then, we've developed an early prototype, completed our first pilot, and are continuing to learn where the product creates value, where it needs to improve, and what we need to build next. We're still early in the journey, but we believe mental fitness deserves the same evolution that physical fitness has already undergone, and we're excited to help shape what comes next.

At Norlix, we are building a digital insurance and pension brokerage from the ground up. The industry is still defined by manual workflows, legacy systems, and advisory services that only happen periodically. That creates friction and means coverage and risk often lag behind how companies actually evolve. We are building a different model. By combining integrations, structured data, and continuous analysis, we make advisory proactive instead of reactive. We design, produce, and sell modular sofas made for real life, for people who move, change plans, and live in homes with staircases, doorways, and shifting needs. Most sofas are built for a forever home. But many of us live in apartments, move often, and need furniture that can follow along, without drama. So we’re replacing bulky, one-shape-for-life sofas with a simple system: tool-free modules that ship in boxes, zip together in minutes, and rearrange whenever life does. Our modular sofa is built from four core modules, giving customers the freedom to: • start small now • switch between sofa, lounge, guest bed, or conversation corner in seconds • add more modules later, instead of replacing the whole thing Folke is a Danish name with a simple meaning. It comes from “folkelig,” meaning "for the people," and nods to folklore: the everyday stories we share and pass on. Because home isn’t just walls and furniture. It’s movie nights, long talks, kids on the cushions, and friends who stay a little longer. Folke began in 2024 out of personal need. When our founder, Christoffer, became a family of three, he didn’t want “a sofa.” He wanted a living space: a soft spot for board games, wrestling, scrolling, reading, real conversations, and overnight grandparents. Kihleo is a medtech startup developing an early warning system for urinary tract infections in older people with incontinence receiving care at home or in nursing homes. UTIs are one of the most common reasons for acute deterioration, confusion, and hospitalisation in this group. They are challenging to detect early, because symptoms are often vague, many older people cannot clearly communicate discomfort, and home care staff and nurses have minimal time. Today, detection is primarily reactive. Staff notice that something is wrong, then order urine tests and start treatment when the infection is already well underway. This leads to unnecessary suffering, avoidable admissions, and a high use of antibiotics. Kihleo’s solution is a small sensor placed in the diaper that measures biomarkers in the urine every time the person voids. When the diaper is changed, the sensor is read, and data is sent to a secure backend. Algorithms and predictive models analyse patterns over time and provide early, trustworthy indications that an infection may be developing, days before clinical symptoms are usually recognised. The system is not a diagnostic tool. It is a decision-support and early-warning system that integrates into existing workflows and helps staff decide when to look more closely, consult a nurse or doctor, and perform standard diagnostic tests. The value is threefold. For older people, it means faster and more targeted treatment, fewer severe infections, less confusion, and a better day-to-day quality of life. For relatives and care staff, it provides reassurance, objective data, and more time for actual care rather than crisis management. For the public sector, it helps prevent avoidable hospitalisations and complications that are both expensive and resource-intensive. Kihleo is working with a hardware partner on sensor development and is already in dialogue with Danish municipalities about pilot projects. The long-term vision is to create a scalable, data-driven platform for early detection of infections and other complications in elderly care, using everyday materials like diapers as non-invasive data sources.
