LETT

LETT is crafting low-acid coffee to help regular coffee drinkers enjoy their favorite drink without stomach discomfort. By using a 100% natural process of steam and pressure, we remove stomach-irritating acidic compounds while preserving the great taste of coffee. Many coffee lovers experience digestive issues due to the acids and caffeine in regular coffee. These problems affect up to 30% of coffee drinkers, causing discomfort that can detract from the enjoyment and benefits of coffee. The widespread issue affects millions of people worldwide who seek a solution that allows them to indulge in their coffee ritual without the unpleasant side effects. At LETT, we have developed a unique method to produce low-acid coffee. Using a 100% natural process involving steam and pressure, we effectively remove the stomach-irritating acids from coffee beans. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the coffee retains its rich, full flavor, providing a delicious and gentler alternative for those with sensitive stomachs. We continuously refine our process to achieve the perfect balance of taste and low acidity. The inspiration for LETT came from personal experiences and a desire to help others who face similar challenges. We have suffered from stomach discomfort caused by regular coffee, and we recognized a significant gap in the market for a solution. Our passion for coffee and the well-being of fellow coffee enthusiasts drove us to develop a product that addresses this issue head-on.

VANDAYA

We make ocean inspired jewellery from recycled gold and silver and are on a mission to help rebuild the world's coral reefs. We aim to connect people around the globe to the ocean through jewellery, storytelling, conservation and restoration initiatives and tech. We are currently planting corals with our coral reef restoration partner in Northern Bali, and will this year launch a new project in French Polynesia and Fiji. We strive to create the ultimate snacking experience for specialty retail stores and the hospitality industry, one chip at a time.

Best Flows is a one-woman business founded in November 2021 by Pernille Safia Pedersen. Best Flows' vision is to promote happiness, cohesion and an improved inner world by strengthening the individual's self-understanding and bringing people into deeper contact with themselves and others. This is based on a revolutionary form of movement that improves quality of life through self-regulation and healing of bodily imbalances. The central focus is on connective tissue and nervous systems with the imprints our physical traumas and emotional states leave on the body. Best Flows offers workshops, treatments and training at locations in central Copenhagen. Pernille Safia Pedersen graduated as a nurse in 2008 and worked for five years with children with cancer and their relatives at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen. She is also trained as an Advanced Fascial Flow® Guide and Fascial Flow® Practitioner with JeanneJensen at Den Levende Krop, and has therapeutic qualifications in RelationalBiological Trauma Therapy from the School of Psychosomatics by Ulla Rung Weeke.
