Grossisten Gro-inde ApS has become a melting pot of several branches. 1) We sell equipment for planting and maintaining plants to every green (and not-so-green) thumb. 2) We repackage Big Bags of perlite and vermiculite (also used for plants) and send them out to big companies that redistribute and sell them. 3) We deliver different types of services to customers. A dedicated and ever-expanding team of workers deals with assignments like cleaning apartments, construction work, clearing overgrown gardens, and much more. When Gro-inde started, there was a need for more variety in how people kept plants. So we began by selling equipment for plants' hydroponic, aeroponic, and aquaponic cultivation. CEO Cristina Melgarejo is our go-to plant and equipment expert. She founded the company in 2016 with a vision that everyone should be able to find alternate ways of keeping plants without it breaking their wallet. Now in 2023, we are a company with over ten employees. We have a physical shop, an office space, a production line, and a webshop, and we have an online presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Dialogue is on practicalities, not personalities. By 2050, 17% of the global population will be 65+. In Denmark 65+ year olds will increase by more than 40%. Many of them in need of care. Global shortages in the caregiving sector leaves relatives to be the backbone of caregiving. Relatives who are juggling caring for elderly family members with holding down full-time jobs. Kintella offers multiple services through one user-friendly platform. We digitize and automate the coordination of calendars and tasks. We structure and target the communication. At the same time, we integrate with health care systems. Kintella started out of a personal experience of the founders. At the same time as a family member moved into a care home in Denmark, other family members moved into care homes other places in Europe. The family wanted to be able to stay close and follow the citizens in their everyday life as it was difficult to visit - especially during Covid-19 lockdowns in Europe. We were faced with having to coordinate a lot of tasks and calendar-topics - both with the staff and within our group of relatives. Moreover, communication from the care homes was poor in some areas which affected the quality of the dialogue with the family members and staff badly. We dream of the day when staff or a relative of a citizen in a care home comes up to us and says that Kintella has supported them in providing a better value of life for the person they’re taking care of.

The renowned Wally and WallyScale app. Wally is an aesthetic kitchen scale in an exclusive and delicious design. Created in materials that last for many years and withstand a harsh kitchen environment. Wally has similar functions to any high end kitchenscale you know, but Wally and the WallySclae app can do more. The WallyScale app is free, intuitive, and easy to use. and is available in Danish and English. It gives the user access to DTU Food's food database. Wally replaces a use/throw out item from our household. It doesn't get lost or dropped on the floor. Should that happen anyway, Wally can be repaired. Wally is created based on a "cradle to cradle light" principle. Hjortekær Danmark ApS wants to create with care. Hence our young age we are fully engaged in Wally no. 2 and the upcoming launch in October. Wally no. 2 is the sequel to Wally no. 1 and is clearly improved on several points.
