Som studenter med liten plass syntes vi skipreparering var tungvint. Vi tok saken i egne hender og lagde vår første prototype i treverk.

Å være godt vertskap og skape gode rammer er et fag. Det å få teknikken til å fungere kan være avgjørende. Å lage gode video-opptak kan mangedoble verdien av den kunnskapen som formidles fra scenen. Vi jobber kollaborativt. Vi tror på gode partnerskapsmodeller. Derfor jobber vi sammen med flinke underleverandører. Vi prøver å skape sponsormodeller og partnerskap som skaper vinn-vinn. Målet vårt er å skape nettverk. Få koblet sammen ulike fagmiljøer. Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.
