NORICAC - NORWAY INFORMATION CULTURE AND ART CHANNEL - is an online media channel targeting foreigners who want to get to know about Norway and Norwegian culture as well as to connect with people of different cultures in Norway. However we hope that not only foreigners but also Norwegians will find interests to get involved and support the channel's developments.
