Grundat 2015 och baserat i Tranås, Sverige, specialiserar vi oss på att skapa dynamiska fantasy sports-plattformar. Vår innovativa app låter användare drafta lag, ställa upp lineups, byta spelare och tävla i spännande head-to-head-matcher, vilket ger fans en djupare upplevelse av sina favoritligor som SHL och HockeyAllsvenskan. Vad vi gör: Vi adresserar behovet av en mer engagerande och strategisk fantasy sports-upplevelse. Vår plattform ökar användarengagemanget genom att låta sportentusiaster dyka djupare in i managementaspekterna av sina favoritsporter, vilket gör varje match mer spännande och interaktiv.

Denego Consulting

Torstein and Snorre founded Denego with a vision to build a company that puts people first. Both of us have extensive experience in our respective fields and are passionate about helping others succeed. We believe in a balanced workday and always find time for a good conversation and laughter, whether face-to-face or remote if we are geographically spread out. We work from Bergen and Mandal (but are open to other locations), and we look forward to expanding the team with you!

TalentSpringForCreators

Vi mangler: en eller to programmører, som brænder for at udvikle en virkelig fed platform med meget potentiale på baggrund af et hul i markedet. Platformen skal indeholde mulighed for at lave en profil af sig selv og sine kompetencer samt et “musiker-CV”. Hertil skal det være muligt at linke op med andre i branchen alt efter hvad man “søger”, hvor man kommer ind i nogle forskellige kategorier inde på platformen som; sanger, sangskriver, producer, artist - osv. Hertil skal man også kunne kategoriseres efter, hvilken genrer man ønsker at arbejde med. Platformen: skal søge at fange alle i branchen, da der er historie for, at man ikke når ud til dem, som i forvejen er etableret i branchen samt besidder et netværk. Dette undgår vi ved at inddele profilerne på platformen i tre kategorier. Begynder, øvet og professionel. Her vil man kun have mulighed for at kontakte personer i egen kategori samt dem under en, da det bibeholder en kompetence status samt relevansen. Samtidig er der mulighed for at skrive, hvad man søger, hvilket bidrager til netværks relevansen. Man skal dog have mulighed for at pitche sine kompetencer ved at skrive til TalentSpring, som derefter vil hjælpe med at sætte dem sammen med individer, som kunne finde det relevant og afhjælpe en talentudvikling på disse henvendelser - her ville det være ideelt at modtage støtte, som kunne afdække dette talentforløb og dermed skabe relevans for hele fødekæden. TalentSpringForCreators: er dermed en platform som skaber muligheder for alle aktører i branchen uanset om du er live-musiker eller producer. Det er et større, men overskueligt projekt, som vil bidrage til alle afkroge af musikbranchen, da det vil øge kvaliteten i hele fødekæden indenfor sangkomposition samt eksport og formidling i form af udvalgte samarbejdspartnere.

Vågner du også ind i mellem og tænker, at det der arbejde, det har jeg faktisk ikke så meget lyst til i dag? Hvad skal det til for? Hvorfor skal det fylde så meget i vores liv? Måske du ofte vågner sådan. Vi slider og slæber i hamsterhjulet. Mere arbejde. Mindre søvn. Færre timer brugt på dem vi holder af og det vil bedst kan lide at lave. Vi føler os ufuldstændige, uforløste og konstant stressede. Sådan havde jeg i det i hvert fald. Min løsning? Økonomisk uafhængighed. Økonomisk uafhængighed, også kendt som FIRE, Financial Independence Retire Early, går ud på at spare aggressivt op tidligt i livet og investere pengene, så du kan leve af afkastet i stedet for at gå på arbejde. Sådan lidt forsimplet sagt. Mit formål med Frinans er at vise dig, hvordan du kan sætte din privatøkonomi i system. Op med indtægterne, ned med udgifterne og gang i investeringerne. NordicFuture

NordicFuture is developing a platform that uses AI to match university students with study-relevant student jobs. Experience in a study-relevant job is one of the most important factors when applying for a full-time job after completing one’s studies. A study shows that 91.8% of students with study-relevant jobs during their studies are employed two years after graduating, whereas only 57.2% of those without such jobs have found employment. Another study shows that only 44% of university students are employed in a study-relevant student job. The problem is that many students find it difficult to start the job search, and once they begin, they struggle to find relevant student jobs. From the employers' perspective, we have found that many companies experience challenges in finding the right candidates, while others are unaware of the value a student worker can contribute to their firm. At NordicFuture, we aim to make the job search easier by creating a platform that turns the job search process on its head. Students only need to register on the platform by uploading their CV, after which they can wait to be contacted as soon as a study-relevant job matching their skills becomes available. To further elaborate on their profiles, the students will be asked to take a personality test to ensure that we can facilitate the most suitable matches. The AI will leverage insights into competencies acquired through diverse university studies, using this information to evaluate candidates' skill profiles based on the educational background outlined in their CVs. It will also have knowledge of competencies acquired through previous jobs. Overall, the AI will consider three factors when assessing the competencies and personality of a student: Completed education, professional experience, and the results of the personality test. The profile formed by these three factors will then be compared against the requirements of vacant positions in terms of competencies and personalities to create a match. At the same time, we make it easier for employing companies to find and filter relevant candidates without incurring high costs. We achieve this by attracting a large pool of job-seeking students to our platform. As with the process for the students, our AI then analyzes each candidate's competencies and the employers' requirements to make optimal matches. The AI will be asked to find 3-5 suitable candidates (or however many the employing company thinks is appropriate) which will be sent to a job interview. Thanks to the efficiency of our platform, we can dedicate resources to communicating the value of student workers to companies that may be unaware. By doing this, we will expand the pool of available student jobs, ultimately resulting in a higher percentage of students securing study-relevant jobs. We, the two founders of NordicFuture, are university students ourselves, who have experienced firsthand the challenges of searching for study-relevant jobs. Being part of the student community, we are attuned to the sentiments and experiences of our peers regarding study-relevant employment. An education is not just an education; it is the start of one's career. However, for many students, taking the next step and launching that career is currently a time-consuming and often discouraging process. This is why we believe a new approach to searching for student jobs is needed.

High return rates remain one of the toughest challenges in the e-commerce industry and Droppa is committed to making an impact and solving this problem, for merchants and the environment. Our return management platform fuels e-commerce brands by giving them the tools needed to battle returns. By utilizing our platform we give brands insights on how to reduce returns, while also helping them convert inbound returns to exchanges. This leads to less return, higher revenue, and reduced environmental impact. That's what we call a win-win!

It’s about culture: We are on a mission to empower employees to take a co-ownership for their workplace culture! We provide company-wide social well-being events to build a physical and mental well-being culture among employees. With our platform employees can build healthy habits with colleagues and friends & family. We develop tools for teams to take co-ownership of their team culture. We are a small 'get-shit-done' bootstrapped team that over the last 3 years has succeeded in developing and selling a software product to a handful of the most well-known Danish companies.

Frisk Fokus

Frisk Fokus er stiftet af Carl Johnsen og Simon Catana. Vi er to unge på 18 år, som gerne vil løfte kvaliteten i rengøringsbranchen, samt skabe et fedt job for unge. Vi har begge både erfaring og passion, og det gør det muligt for os at tilbyde en grundig og kompetent rengøring. Vores hovedvision er at levere højeste kvalitet hver gang. Kvalitet går hånd i hånd med gode medarbejdere. Derfor lægger vi enormt fokus på at ansætte det rette mandskab og tilbyde dem gode vilkår. Vi tror på at de små men vigtige tiltag gør en kæmpe forskel. Eksempelvis tager vi altid de første vagter hos en ny kunde, for at kunne hjælpe og vejlede vores medarbejdere bedst muligt.

Hidayah

Ideen om Hidayah startede i 2020, da jeg selv startede med tørklæde og hurtigt blev bekendt med at lav kvalitet generelt var standarden på det danske hijabmarked. Her oplevede jeg stof der hurtigt mistede farve, stræk og gik op i syningerne. Det var for mig utroligt svært at finde god kvalitet til fornuftige priser. Hertil oplevede jeg også et meget begrænset udvalg af produkter at vælge imellem når man så gik til kvalitetsbutikkerne. Derved startede tanken om at skabe netop det store udvalg af kvalitetsprodukter til alle typer af søstre, uanset om man er til farve eller basic uden at gå på kompromis med sit ønske om god kvalitet til en overkommelig pris.
