The result is increased anxiety, physical discomfort, and a lack of preparedness for one of life’s biggest transitions. We provide a digital yoga membership, in-person classes, and free & paid events tailored for pregnancy and postpartum. Our core offering blends yoga, mindfulness, birth prep, and community support—accessible anytime, anywhere. Our Facebook and WhatsApp communities offer safe, warm peer-to-peer connection, and our local events bring moms together in real life. As a yoga teacher and mom of two who moved to Sweden without family nearby, I was the overwhelmed, unsupported new mom. I built the kind of support I wished I had. I’ve taught hundreds of women over the last 10 years, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where moms feel strong, seen, and supported—because no one should do motherhood alone.
