Total Kropp- trening og behandling er et tverrfaglig behandlingssenter med naprapater, fysioterapeut, lege og personlige trenere. Vi har i tillegg et fullt utstyrt treningssenter der man kan trene individuelt, få rehabilitering, trene med personlig trener eller i grupper på 3-6 personer. På senteret har vi et velfungerende tverrfaglig samarbeid der man kan få felleskonsultasjon med f.eks naprapat og lege.

Kontorhuset driver utleie av cellekontorer og plasser i åpent landskap med tilhørende fasiliteter i et profesjonelt kontorfellesskap i Drammen sentrum. Kontorhuset Bragernes har 37 moderne kontorer, free seating plasser og et stort kontor til 11 personer i 4 etasje. Vi kaller det Plug and work som betyr at du skal få ditt nøkkelkort og passord ved ankomst, koble deg på det trådløse nettet og starte jobben. Vi organiserer alt med tanke på møbler på kontoret, sosiale soner og tilstelninger, kjøkken, kopi/print og vask av lokalene. Du skal bruke all din tid på jobb og ikke små praktiske unødvendigheter i hverdagen, det tar vi oss av. Fra høsten av åpner vi Kontorhuset Strømsø, der skal vi ha ca 120 business mennesker under samme tak. Dette betyr at på Bragnernes og Strømsø vil Kontorhuset ha ca 180 mennesker som skal bygge relasjoner og skape verdier i jobben. Som leietaker i Kontorhuset får du tilgang på møterom, stillerom, vidoekonferanse, minikjøkken, kaffeautomat, kopi og print, toalettfasiliteter, garderobe og dusj. I kjeller eller bakgård kan du leie din egen parkeringsplass eller boder fra 4 til 38kvm for diverse lagring i kjelleren.  På Kontorhuset kan du ta en kopp kaffe med dine nye “kollegaer” for å dele tanker, ideer og utfordringer. Kanskje du får en advokat på den ene siden og en ingeniør på den andre? Mulighetene er mange. Tanken er at det skal skapes større verdier for deg ved å være en del av Kontorhuset.

Happystar ble etablert i desember 2014, av Elisabeth Haga; grafisk designer og idéutvikler. Etter flere år med Happy Star som hobby tok Elisabeth spranget i oktober 2017 og startet opp fulltid. I 2020 tok vi enda et nytt sprang og gikk fra enkeltmannsforetak til aksjeselskap med to nye ansatte og et lite utsalgssted i Randaberg sentrum. Etter et år her pakket vi igjen ned lageret, og flyttet til et større lager. Vi stortrives på vår nye adresse, randabergveien 308. Her har vi pakkeskap utenfor slik at våre kunder som bestiller 'Hent på lager' kan hente 24/7. Enabler är ett bolåneinstitut med tillstånd från Finansinspektionen med rötterna från KTH i Stockholm. Vi jobbar för FNs globala om socialt ansvarstagande och finansiellt inkluderande. KvadratPeter er en digital robot. Han er udviklet til hver eneste dag at indsamle informationer om boligmarkedet, indsamle data fra boligannoncer og matche denne data med de søgeprofiler, som kan oprettes på KvadratPeter-appen. KvadratPeters matching-algoritme er langt mere avanceret sammenlignet med traditionelle boligagenter, som du måske kender fra diverse boligsider. Boligfundene er nemlig ikke bare en liste med resultater baseret på statisk boligdata, men indeholder også ekstra lag som muligheder fra ombygning, transport-tid til f.eks. job og uddannelse samt intelligente forslag kompromiser til både boligforhold, økonomi og beliggenhed. Alle boligfund bliver vurderet og får karakterer af KvadratPeter. Det betyder, at når brugeren modtager et boligfund, så kan KvadratPeter have vurderet f.eks. boligens beliggenhed til en karakter på 7/10, i forhold til brugerens søgeprofil. Brugeren kan også give sin egen karakter på de forskellige karaktertræk og denne feedback vil hjælpe med at gøre KvadratPeter klogere på hvad lige netop denne bruger søger.
