Work at Culmas is shaped around our coding cycles. They are around 4 weeks. They start with a kick-off, an improv class for the whole company and training sessions on any topics! Every two weeks, we also meet to discuss our processes and our performances. Those rituals are made to include everyone at Culmas and are important to us. Culmas is spawned out of the Improv Comedy Copenhagen Theatre. We value creativity and humor highly and we’re continuously striving to make the office a place full of motivation where ideas and inputs are welcome.

Selskapet baserer seg på forskning fra NTNU, og har i perioden 2016-2020 tatt konseptet inntrekkbare baugfoiler fra en idé til et kommersielt produkt. I september 2019 ble det første skipet med løsningen sjøsatt. Etter mer enn ett år i drift og til sammen tre leveranser, har selskapet nå fått demonstrert drivstoffbesparelse, bevegelsesdemping og driftssikkerhet i fullskala. Selskapet skal de neste årene vokse fra å være en start-up til å bli en industriell leverandør. Til det trengs det dyktige folk. Til tross for suksessen hittil, har selskapet kun en håndfull ansatte i dag. Nye ansatte vil derfor få føle på både friheten og ansvarsfølelsen med å jobbe i en liten bedrift. When we started all.u.me in 2021, our goal was to prevent harassment and create a society where everyone can feel free. To do this, we all need to play an active role in shifting the culture. To intervene when we witness harassment in everyday life. That's why we've created the all.u.me app - to educate everyone and empower them to go from good intentions to good actions. And to enable people experiencing harassment to activate a community of trained backups ready to step in when called for.

More than 4 million Swedes are "Picky Eaters", i.e. in the need of making informed food choices. PickyEating has developed an app to solve the everyday problem of choosing food. By entering a dietary profile and by scanning the barcode of a food item, the ingredient information is matched with the user's individual preferences. After proof-of-concept among our end-users, the start-up is now scaling up and are ready to adapt and develop the technology into a business-to-business solution for food retailers and producers. For this, we are no looking to expand our team and recruit a developer or a group of two-three sofware/app developers.

Klima Biler er sat i verden for dem, der går med tanker om at anskaffe sig en klimavenlig bil. Hos KlimaBiler.dk er der ingen benzin- og dieselbiler, medmindre der er tale om hybridbiler. Vi har fokus på klimavenlige biler og dermed fremtiden. Vi hører selv til i kategorien af dem, der elsker lyden af en V8’er! … men det er lyden af fortiden, det er lyden af afbrænding af fossile brændstoffer. Vi er også fuldt ud bevidste om, at det kan diskuteres, hvilke biltyper der forurener mest fra vugge til grav, og problematikker omkring rækkevidde, manglende ladestandere og ladetid. MEN jo flere der kører klimavenligt, jo hurtigere går udviklingen af de grønne teknologier, og jo hurtigere går det med at nedbringe de børnesygdommene med førnævnte problematikker. Jo flere biler, der bliver sat til salg på klimabiler.dk, jo hurtigere og jo bedre kan vi udvikle websitet og markedsføringen og dermed få flere klimavenlige biler på vejene. Ambassadør for klimaet! Vi synes, at man ved at køre i en klimavenlig bil viser sin holdning til klimaspørgsmålet og er med til at få tvivlerne over på den grønne bølge. They do not take into account the consumer to consumer (C2C) aspect as well as the micro and/or informal ecosystems. 4. No easy way exists to find trustworthy partners and suppliers in Africa. 5. Weak business digitization in general and, in particular, lack of several strong E-commerce marketplaces for Africa. The solution : Therefore we created dadorg.com. First to solve the problem of Africans from the diaspora (outside the continent of Africa) wishing to build houses, buy land or make similar personal projects in Africa and who could not find anyone trustworthy enough to carry these projects out with. The idea slowly moved towards all types of projects and finally towards all kinds of products and services, to become an E-commerce marketplace geared towards the African diaspora and Africa in general without ignoring the global inherent nature of any E-commerce platform.
