We are offering unique leather bags. Our concept is based on multifunctionality and individual design for costumers. From realise 31th of may 2018 until now, we have had a huge interest by costumers. The product allows the costumer to decide how their bag shold look like by changing the details and buy new accessories for the bag. The bag can also be used as a normal shoulder bag, or as a belt bag. The team consist of two sisters, who designed the product and started a online shop. Bile duct cancer is an aggressive form of cancer with an extremely poor overall five-year survival rate of just 2-5 %. Classified as an orphan disease, annual incidence in Europe and the United States of 15-22,000 patients, and a significantly higher incidence in Asia, makes it a major player and the deadliest of the gastrointestinal cancers. Only a small number of patients are eligible for a complete surgical resection by local resection or liver transplantation, and more than 50% of these relapse. The vast majority are treated by gemcitabine-based palliative chemotherapy with a life expectancy of 11 months, and five-year survival rate of zero %. Thus, there is an urgent and unmet medical need to develop new and better treatment strategies for these patients. The innovations developed by Seald are a result of adopting a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of bile duct cancer, based on extensive drug sensitivity assays on living cancer cells, molecular biomarkers, DNA sequencing, extensive bioinformatics analyses and zebrafish models. Sealds’s holistic approach is unique with possible modes of action that can be used on other solid cancers. Our technology includes drug repurposing and innovation on new medical substances, diagnostics and methodology. Oncoinvent AS is a privately held Norwegian company established in 2010. The company is committed to developing new innovative products to provide better treatment options to cancer patients. The innovations being developed by Oncoinvent AS are a result of the extensive experience with the development of radionuclide-based cancer treatments of two of the founders, Dr. Roy H. Larsen and Professor of clinical oncology Øyvind S. Bruland. Larsen and Bruland are the inventors of the first FDA and EMA-approved alpha-emitting pharmaceutical product Xofigo® (Bayer AG), as well as of the beta-emitting radio-immunotherapeutic product candidate Betalutin® (Nordic Nanovector ASA). Oncoinvent's lead product candidate, Radspherin®, is a novel alpha-emitting radioactive microsphere designed for the treatment of metastatic cancers in body cavities. Radspherin® has been shown to cause a significant reduction in tumor cell growth. It is anticipated that the product can potentially treat several forms of metastatic cancer. The first clinical indication for Radspherin® will be the treatment of peritoneal carcinomatosis. Clinical development will be conducted in collaboration with European and American clinical research centers.
