Carousel

On our path to becoming a leading Advisor within Commercial Real Estate. Carousel was founded in 2021 by a team with various backgrounds, including Real Estate, Investment Banking and FinTech. What unites us is a strong interest for cities, urbanism and digitalisation. We aim to grow by combining Tech and a high level of custom-made service. We collaborate with a majority of Sweden's largest landlords, starting in Stockholm, Sweden.

Designers First

DESIGNERS FIRST is a small Danish company established in 2017. Our collaboration with young upcoming designers creates fertile ground for creative and innovative solutions. That is why we dare to say, that we make furniture that surprises and stands out from the market. We have a strong focus on sustainability in all processes. All products are produced in Denmark. The design must be able to last for several generations, the price must be at the lowest level, with as few intermediaries as possible. The choice of material means we only use FSC-labeled wood and packaging, and only work with environmentally certified manufacturers.

TACO FOOD TRUCK

We're solving the problem of a lack of delicious, authentic Mexican food in Denmark. The Mexican cuisine has so much to offer both for parties and for cooks, who like to experiment with different types of food. With a strong passion for Mexico, the startup work, food trucks and bringing interesting tastes to supermarkets, we are committed to expand our offering all over Denmark.

Autopix

With our breakthrough apps we are changing how the e-commerce industry captures and publishes images. Autopix puts the photo studio in the pocket of users making the publishing process more efficient and user friendly. With our smartphone technology you no longer need to hire expensive photographers. Simply allow our photo guide to help you take professional photos at a fraction of the cost. We are an ambitious team, focused on building user friendly and efficient tools with expected revenue between 11-13 MNok in 2021. We currently work in close collaboration with some of the biggest names in Norway, which include - Varner Group, XXL, Holzweiler, Høyer, Tradesolution, and many other well-known companies. Our offices are at Startup Lab in Oslo’s Science Park, one of the leading tech hubs in Scandinavia.

Roomkast is a platform that matches tenants by interest and personalities. Roomkast prides itself on being the only app which helps you find a community, not just a room. We foster communities for national and international movers which facilitate safe interactions between room hosts and renters and help them grow their new community organically in a safe way.

Sociuu ApS

Employee advocacy is employees' participation in promoting a company, its services and products by sharing corporate communication, press, cases and jobs etc. With Sociuu, you easily activate employees and get more out of the content you already have. WHAT Employee advocacy is an effective way for companies to increase their social media presence and awareness in times where it is increasingly hard to get the attention on owned and paid media. WHY Sociuu is an employee advocacy platform that allows you to match relevant content to relevant employees. With Sociuu, you send emails with ready to share content to employees which they can share with their personal networks on social media. HOW

ProCollective

There is a paradigm shift in the way we work, as people around the world are opting to work on more flexible terms as freelancers. Nearly half (46%) of Generation Z workers are freelancers, signalling that freelancing is here to stay. As a result, companies need to equip themselves with the right technology to manage their freelance workforce strategically. However, companies are stuck using spreadsheets and email, resulting in a lack of visibility and control of their freelance activities. In 2021, we launched ProCollective, a Freelance Management System enabling companies to easily onboard, manage, and communicate with their external workers. So far, we've helped companies ditch their spreadsheets, and work together with their freelancer teams in a lightweight, easy-to-use system.

Arealize

Arealize is working to ensure that the future wave of offices are designed with efficiency in mind. Our AI-powered software allows commercial real estate companies to receive and adjust floor plans effortlessly. We make floor plan design quick, easy, and accessible without requiring technical drawing skills.

Salecto ApS

We are building an e-commerce platform built on top of Magento. Salecto is Magento on rocket fuel! Salecto is based on Magento's Open Source Commerce solution which today houses more than 250.000 webshops worldwide and thereby is the world's biggest open source webshop platform. It houses very small webshops with limited traffic and number of orders and large webshops with massive traffic and thousands of daily orders across countries and markets. Salecto is an upgrade! Salecto must be seen as an advanced upgrade of a standard Magento solution with bursting new and cool features and optimizations of the standard Magento solution within speed, work processes, marketing, tracking, SEO, design, reporting, basic Magento features and administration. In short, Salecto is - a Magento on rocket fuel!

Noodl

Noodl is a unified, continuous design & development platform for building new digital products and experiences. Our platform abstracts web technologies into a more visual paradigm that empowers designers, technologists, and experienced engineers to collaborate in a common environment continuously. As a fast-growing platform, Noodl is being adopted in many different ways, from citizen developers that execute ideas with almost zero code experience, to big companies that need to test real ideas with real users super fast.

Co-Own

Boligmarkedet – både i Norge og de fleste internasjonale storbyer – er moden for disrupsjon. I flere tiår har boligprisene utviklet seg i et langt raskere tempo enn lønnsveksten, og som et resultat av dette ender stadig flere opp utenfor markedet. Dette er en uønsket utvikling ettersom en høy andel boligeierskap har flere samfunnsmessige gevinster. En av årsakene til denne utviklingen er at det de siste 100 årene ikke har vært vesentlige endringer i måten vi bygger og bor på. I Co-Own har vi en ambisjon om å gjøre boligmarkedet tilgjengelig for alle, og samtidig hjelpe unge mennesker å bygge meningsfulle fellesskap. Dette gjør vi ved å hjelpe mennesker med å finne andre som de kan kjøpe seg inn i kollektiver sammen med. Vi bistår i hele prosessen med å etablere nødvendige avtaler, skaffe finansiering, tilrettelegge for et godt bo-forhold, og til slutt gjøre det enkelt å finne kjøper til egen andel når man er klar for å reise videre. På denne måten kan mennesker nyte de sosiale fordelene av å bo i et kollektiv - og samtidig ta del av de økonomiske fordelene av å være del av boligmarkedet.

Sawux

More than 40% of the electrical energy in office environments is used outside working hours. CO2 in buildings has too high a level, which gives sick employees and students who lose 12% of their learning ability. Ventilation is often oversized by 10-20% due to uncertainty about CO2 levels, which have not been adequately investigated and measured. Often, consulting firms offer a measurement over 30 days. The measurements are only a snapshot of the real picture, which does not take into account the season and number of people in the room. VOCs in buildings are more harmful than first thought. VOC combined with too high CO2 can cause allergic reactions and over time develop asthma. The solution for reducing electricity consumption is to use intelligent automation and with behavior control. A sensor can be set up in areas that are used that automatically turn on the light when there is a person present. Several companies offer this solution, but if it is to be used for something, the devices must send data to the central server, after which you can analyze when and how much. The data set provides better management and control. For the CO2 problem, sensors are set up in the premises. The problem with existing sensors on the market is they have to be mounted with cable that is led maybe 100m away to a central box. It is both expensive and often not without surprises, especially for older buildings where drawings are often not updated. Sawux solves several of the mentioned problems. Sawux is a combination of 5 sensors in the same unit that measure and operate wirelessly. The sensors have access to a Cloud server, where data is collected every minute. Then data can be analyzed and given a real picture over time, which forms the basis for the right decision and correct ventilation systems. Sawux fits into existing 230V electrical environment and does not require cabling, boxes, battery or external power supplies. Sawux connects to the Internet via standard WiFi, which is found in all modern buildings. Sawux's solution is very cost effective and user friendly which is able to provide valid data. The Sawux system comes with an app. and web based energy management system, where you can at any time perform analysis of the building completely at the contact level.

Our mission is to provide independent florists with an online 'venue' and the opportunity to display their unique and creative flower decorations. From the talented individual florist who wants to strengthen his or her business to the enterprising florist who wants to reach a wider audience. What is Your Local Flower? Your Local Flower is an online marketplace and e-commerce solution, that allows florists to sell flowers and bouquets online directly to consumers around the world through their own online stores and a shared marketplace. On Your Local Flower, consumers can find and send unique bouquets bound by local creative florists across the country. Punch Factory signs an agreement with training facilities that PTs affiliated with Punch Factory may come there and train their clients. Punch Factory pays a amount to the facility and PT signs a membership with Punch Factory completely without extra fees or percentages. Now a Personal trainer has a completely different opportunity to be able to make a living as a Personal trainer. Where the majority of the fee goes to the PT himself and not to the facility. The advantage is also that the facility does not need to have a lot of employed PTs and that the clients have several facilities to train with their PT. I started developing the idea a little more than 2 years ago, the biggest reason is that I have always heard the problems that a Personal Trainer encounters when you do not have a job at a large gym chain. A personal trainer needs a gym to do his job, you can solve it in different ways, you get employed at a gym and then you usually get a small amount per time you hold a training session. Other alternatives are that you rent in a gym where you have to pay a certain percentage at the time as rental cost or a fixed monthly rent which is usually very high. I know many who quit the profession because it is really difficult to get around as a personal trainer, high rents, poor working conditions, inconvenient working hours when, despite the rent, you have to adapt to the gym's own activities (group classes among other things) That's why I developed Punch Factory AB, we make it easier to be a personal trainer, with just one membership you get access to different gyms to train your clients at no extra cost.
