We are starting a new department for software development, and are at first looking for a head developer/coordinator. We will be developing software for existing customers that are in high demand of new solutions and integrations. We first wish to hire a senior full-stack developer with both front- and back-end skills. For the right employee, there will be an opportunity to become a partner. Last year we launched our MIRAGE Satellite concept which is a project to reach out beyond Oslo with our program. In collaboration with several screening arenas, we have extended our festival to all parts of Norway, from east to south. Cavai AS was founded in December 2017 with the goal of revolutionizing online advertising. User experiences have largely been neglected on the web, and Cavai saw early on that chatbot technology, which has initially been used in customer service, could be a wonderfully good advertising product. Usually, chatbot technology is used as customer service on its own website, while Cavai's platform is built to be able to use chatbot technology on millions of websites for contextual advertising. The team today consists of 15 people, and the product has been launched in Norway, Finland, Sweden and the UK with 50 paying customers. Customers are very pleased and report that Cavai's technology is having a very good effect on completed advertising campaigns. Cavai will have its first month of positive operating results in October and looks to have sales of around 3 million in 2019. Next year will be a big growth year, where we have budgeted with a turnover of NOK 41 million. This growth has also been discussed by Finansavisen, where as part of Finansavisen's web-TV series "Vext", Cavai filmed his meeting with advertising legend Sir Marting Sorell in London. Klarna Checkout is the main product, which offers merchants 1 integration, 1 agreement, 1 settlement for handling payments online and in stores. Klarna Norway AS has 15 (and increasing) employees who work at the 26th floor at Posthuset in Oslo.

Handlekraftig AS is an attempt at doing slightly more for the environment than just sorting trash and buying as little plastic as possible. For now, this is a single organic shop where most products are sold in bulk/lose weight. We encourage our customers to bring in their own containers to shop, to minimize the need for new packaging. We try to keep at least 95% of the consumables organic. This is better for our customers and better for the earth. In addition to organic foodstuff, we also offer a wide selection of zero-waste products, such as beeswax wraps, wooden kitchen utensils, and non-plastic containers.

Yetz is a new distribution platform for product lines such as insurance, electricity, telecom, and finance. At launch, we will offer both insurance and power. We utilize strong incentives towards our customers and partners to share the concept, by giving them an affiliate commission. Monthly payment is based on the turnover of customers they have referred. Two fully owned sister companies Yetz Strøm og Yetz Forsikring.

LifeTools AS develops digital tools for people with complex needs within the fields of communication, cognition, and challenged behavior. We put the user first and develop dynamic systems with high flexibility based on the unique user's needs. The network around the user will have digital tools to observe, build and publish expressions, routines, and activities into our systems, and use this information back into the interaction with the user. This gives a better foundation in communication and helps increase the quality of life for the user. Our philosophy is to use "everyday technology" such as tablets/phones and cloud-based solutions and develop highly intuitive and dynamic tools for the network. Users (people with special and complex needs) therefore do not need to acquire skills or knowledge in order to use our systems. This makes it easier for those who have great cognitive challenges to make use of our technological solutions.

Nordic Electrofuel offers a solution for the rapid transition from fossil to renewable electrical energy for all transport sectors. It is based on the conversion of renewable electric energy into liquid electro-fuels that can be as easily transported, stored, and used as conventional fossil hydrocarbons. It also provides a good solution to distribute and store stranded electrical energy. PTL (Power To Liquid) has been considered too expensive, but with the low electricity price in Norway and new efficient processing and upgrading solutions, it has become commercially feasible. Electrification of transportation is required to avoid catastrophic climate change. Battery- or cable-electric solutions are not feasible for transport like aviation and long-distance marine transport. Liquid energy carriers such as biofuels are desperately needed but limited. The fuel is free of sulfur and can therefore be used maritime industry as a fuel after 2022. The fuel emits much fewer particles and aromatics than conventional fossil fuel, so it also solves the local pollution problem. Competitive advantages: • Norway’s low electricity price from hydro and lately also wind power. • 20 - 30 % lower electricity consumption than with existing technology • Lower production price than advanced biofuels • Agreements in place for a site at Herøya, which has all utilities (cooling water, cheap renewable electricity, etc.) and processing expertise available. • About the same source to shaft efficiency as hydrogen, but with much lower total CAPEX due to no investment in distribution systems and engines.
